Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the battery or electronic component in its original anti-static packaging and ensure it is securely cushioned within a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
